Who We Are

Service is who we are

The Jack in the Box Foundation exists to care for the people and places that make our restaurants part of the neighborhood — from families facing hunger to our own teams in a hard moment.

Our Mission

The JIB Foundation began with a simple belief: no one in the neighborhoods we serve should go hungry.

Today we partner with hundreds of organizations in 48 states, directing grants where they matter most and measuring our work by meals served, families supported, and futures changed.

We are powered by the restaurant community — team members, franchisees, suppliers, and guests who round up, show up, and give back.

Our Partnership with Jack in the Box

The Foundation is funded by Jack in the Box Inc., its franchisees, vendors, and partners. That backing lets every dollar from the public go further — straight to programs, not overhead.

For the brand, giving back has always been part of the culture. The Foundation is how that value becomes structured, accountable, and lasting — year after year, community after community.

In Their Words

From leadership, our board, and the franchisees who live this mission.

The grant let us double the number of weekend meal bags we send home with kids. It changed everything.
