What the Fund Covers

Loss of housing, a death in the family, or other urgent situations affecting basic living needs.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be an active employee of Jack in the Box Inc. or a participating franchise at the time of application.
- Have experienced a qualifying hardship event (natural disaster, medical crisis, loss of housing, or bereavement).
- Must demonstrate financial need as a direct result of the qualifying event.
- Have met applicable length-of-service minimums as defined in current fund guidelines.
- Submit required supporting documentation (e.g., insurance claim, medical bill, official disaster declaration).
- Franchisee employees are eligible when their franchise operator has opted into the fund.
